Hello principal ___. I am writing you this letter because I know that you are canceling all field trips for the remainder of the year. I think this a very bad idea. Field trips could help students understand things, and know more information about all sorts of things. Field trips even help students that can’t get out much enjoy themselves. Instead of doing something that really isn’t necessary, how about we think of ways to earn more money for the school ? Such as selling chocolate bars for a certain prize. Or even fundraise things. There are many ways we could earn money for the school. We do not want all of our field trips canceled before even trying to solve the problem first. I hope you think about the things I’ve said.
