Standard form = Ax + By = C
y = 2/3x + 5
Subtract 5
y - 5 = 2/3x
Subtract y
-5 = 2/3x - y
Standard form cannot have fractions
Multiply by 3
-15 = 2x - 3y
Final equation: 2x - 3y = -15
