1/2 = 2/4
3/2 = 6/4
re-write
2/4r + 4 = 3/4r - 3/4
2/4r - 3/4r = -3/4 - 4
-1/4r = -4 3/4
r = (-4 3/4) / (-1/4)
r =(-4 3/4) * (-4)
r = 76/4
r = 19
