[tex]y=\frac{3}{5}x-1\\ y+1=\frac{3}{5}x\\\frac{5}{3}(y+1)=x\\\frac{5}{3}y+\frac{5}{3}=x[/tex]


Steps:

Add 1 to both sides of the equation

Divide by 3/5 (Multiply by 5/3) on both sides of the equation

Distribute the 5/3
